Refund Policy

We accept returns of defective and non-defective merchandise, and customers may also request an exchange. A non-defective return can cover a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect product selection. Damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items are eligible for assistance as well.

Only new merchandise qualifies. The item must be unused and remain in its original condition with the original packaging, tags, and all accessories supplied with it. Start the request within 30 days after delivery by providing the order number, checkout email, and an explanation of the return or exchange needed.

Returns are completed by mail. A free return label is included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an item before authorization is issued. For damage, defects, an incorrect item, or missing contents, we may require clear photographs or video of the merchandise and packaging before approving the return route.

Exchange fulfillment depends on current inventory. Once a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method and processed within 10 days. The payment provider may require additional time before the credit is visible.
