The current catalog spans body care, fragrance, candles, home fragrance, hand soaps and sanitizers, gifts, home care, and accessories. Product listings contain the current options, sizes, ingredients, directions, and relevant safety information.

Shipping destinations, charges, and any free-shipping eligibility appear at checkout. Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit; carrier timing is not guaranteed.

A return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery for defective or non-defective merchandise. A change of mind, personal preference, and mistaken selection are allowed when the item is new, unused, in its original condition, and retains its packaging, tags, and included accessories.

Returns are sent by mail using the free return label included in the parcel, and there is no restocking fee. Contact us first with the order number, checkout email, and reason. Photos or video may be requested for damage, defects, incorrect goods, or missing contents, and authorization is required before anything is mailed. Exchanges remain subject to available stock.

An approved refund is returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days. Only the payment choices displayed during live checkout are available.
